PointsYeah has always been about helping you find award flights faster, with more flexibility, speed, and accuracy.
One of the biggest advantages has been the ability for premium members to search across multiple routes at once using 2 origins and 2 destinations with an 8-day window.
That hasn’t changed.
What’s new is how far you can now push that flexibility.
Premium Members can now search up to 3 origins and 3 destinations within a 4-day Live Search window, as well as 3 origins and 1 destination or 1 origin and 3 destinations with an 8-day search window, giving you a wider view of availability in a single search.
More flexibility, built into the same Live Search.
How This Changes Your Search
Award availability doesn’t show up evenly.
The best option might not be from your main airport. It might not even be into your original destination.
You might find:
One airport has availability while another does not
One city prices lower than another
One route has more seats available than the rest
This update lets you see more of those possibilities at once, so you can quickly spot where the strongest options actually are.
Instead of narrowing your search early, you can search wider and let the results guide you.
This is where the difference between free and Premium becomes clear. Premium lets you evaluate multiple realistic routes at once without piecing it together manually.
With 3×3 Live Search, you can evaluate all of those combinations together across a 4-day window.
Compare more routes without running more searches.
In practice, availability can be inconsistent. One route may have strong pricing, another may have more seats, and another may have limited options.
This is especially true on high-demand routes, where availability often shifts between cities rather than appearing evenly across every route.
Having a broader set of inputs helps surface those differences faster and more clearly.
If you’re already a member, the easiest way to see the impact is to try it. Add one more origin and one more destination than you normally would and compare how the results change.
Try It Now
If you are already a member, you can start using 3×3 Live Search immediately.
The next time you search, expand your inputs slightly and see how availability changes across routes you might not have checked otherwise.
Points and miles can make travel easier. They can unlock flights and hotels that would normally cost a lot in cash.
But when real life shows up mid-trip, points can’t always save you. Medical bills are cash. Replacing stolen items is cash. Last-minute solutions are cash. And they usually happen when you have the least energy to deal with them.
A lot of PointsYeah users rely on the travel insurance that comes with their credit cards and feel that separate travel insurance is no longer necessary. The reality is that credit card travel insurance often comes with major limitations:
Back in 2022, I was flying from Istanbul to Belgrade when the plane turned around mid-flight due to weather.
If you travel enough, you know what happens next. Everyone rushes to the service desk, lines explode, confusion spreads, and hours get burned waiting for the airline to maybe offer something.
Instead, I booked a hotel inside the terminal, paid for dinner, and went to sleep, while everyone else waited hours just to get a hotel.
All of those expenses were reimbursed within days.
That wasn’t the only time I used it. On separate trips, I’ve also had two theft incidents (my computer and wallet) and one emergency dental visit. Those losses were reimbursed promptly as well.
Here’s another one, this time a $750 ACH credit from a separate claim. Same experience: filed, paid, done..
Another reimbursement example: $750 ACH credit.
Why the annual plan has been worth it for me
I like the annual plan because it keeps things simple(Or you can see Troy always loses things). I don’t have to think about it every time I book a trip, and I’m protected across the year without buying a new plan for every itinerary.
On top of the reimbursements above, there are a few parts of my $510 annual plan that I’ve found especially useful:
No receipts required for claims under $100, which helps keep smaller claims quick and easy, and isn’t limited to the annual plan
Rental Car Damage & Theft Benefits up to $45,000, which is great to have any time I rent a car
Benefits for travel partners, since you can add their names during purchase
Loyalty Program Redeposit Fee Reimbursement Benefits $500.00(This comes into play when using non USA programs)
That combination is why I keep renewing it year after year.

Award space changes fast. Seats open, disappear, and shift every single day. For years, travelers had to re-run the same searches or juggle multiple alerts to avoid missing out.
That changes today.
Travel Radar is here. A Premium-exclusive feature that monitors your most important routes 365 days a year, refreshes results periodically, and shows you the best opportunities in a simple calendar view.
No guesswork. No endless refreshing. Just clarity.
A Better Way to View Award Space
Award space is always moving. Some days the lowest prices appear far in advance, while on other routes the best seats open closer to departure. Flexibility is key, and the real advantage comes from being able to see the bigger picture.
Many PointsYeah members already monitor the same route with multiple alerts or repeat searches throughout the year. That insight inspired us to build a tool that puts everything into one clear, year-long view.
Travel Radar gives you that perspective. Whether you want the lowest points price, newly released premium seats, or peace of mind for family travel, it brings all the opportunities together in a single calendar refreshed periodically.
What Travel Radar Does
Travel Radar gives you the year-long view that was missing. Instead of tracking a handful of days, it monitors your chosen routes for a full 365 days. Results refresh periodically and highlight the opportunities that matter most.
Think of it as your personal award travel command center.

Travel Radar vs. Points Price Alerts
Both tools are powerful. Together, they are unbeatable.
